Gestione del protocollo
Software di gestione del protocollo implementato all'interno della nostra azienda: il software accessibile dal sito intranet aziendale permette di registrare i documenti in ingresso/uscita assegnandogli un numero di protocollo progressivo e associando al protocollo anche, in allegato, l'intero documento permettendo il recupero immediato dello stesso tramite ricerca web.
All'interno del software sta per essere implementato anche la gestione del calendario personale e aziendale con la gestione degli appuntamenti e del time-tracking per la gestione del personale.
Una altra funzione che verrà implementata è l'accesso alla rubrica aziendale implementata su albero LDAP.
